Poerio Inc. has opened a regional office in Scottsdale, Arizona — our first permanent location in the western United States. For clients running projects in the Phoenix metro and across the Southwest, this puts our project managers and superintendents in the same time zone, often the same zip code, as their jobsites.
Why Phoenix, and why now
We've been building in the Southwest for years, managing projects remotely from Pittsburgh with traveling superintendents. It worked, but there's a limit to what you can do from 2,000 miles away. Site visits took planning. Local trade relationships took longer to build. When a client called about a problem, the answer sometimes started with a flight.

What the new office covers
The Scottsdale office is located at 15207 N 75th St, Suite 101, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. It's staffed with project managers and superintendents who know the region's building codes, its climate considerations, and its subcontractor market — the practical knowledge that keeps a project moving.
From this base, we're supporting retail rollouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up commercial construction throughout Arizona and the surrounding western states. The Phoenix metro has been one of the fastest-growing commercial markets in the country, and national clients expanding here need a general contractor who can move at that pace.
Same company, shorter drive
